• We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard.   Our shopping cart is secure.                     

• You will not be charged sales tax on yarn.  If you live anywhere outside of the state of New Jersey, you will NOT be charged any sales tax. If you live in New Jersey, you will be charged 7% sales tax on the non-yarn items in your order.     

• Many of our customers browse the Close Knit online shopping catalog several times before placing an order.  As a convenience, we keep your items in your shopping cart until you have completed your order.

• We ship our orders as soon as possible. If you need to make a change to your order, please call us at
  201-891-3319.  We will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to place a separate order for the additional items you want, or return the unwanted items once your original order arrives.  Please refer to our online returns policy.

• If you are not comfortable placing online orders, you may call us at 201-891-3319 during our store hours of 10:00 am-6:00 pm EST.  We will be happy to take your order by phone. If we are busy in the shop (this  happens often!), please leave us a detailed message with your name and phone number. We will call you back as soon as we are able.
