Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of shipment.

Not all items can be returned. We do not accept returns on needles and notions or any yarn
that is not in its original condition. -
We will credit the original method of payment once we receive your yarn return and verify that it is in its
original condition. We do not credit any shipping fees. -
You may return online yarn purchases to our store in Wyckoff, NJ. (Directions). You will need to bring
the receipt that was included with your order.
